• Order Code: XF-60M • High-efficiency reducing agent for oxidation-reduction (redox) initiation systems • Works with oxidizers such as ammonium persulfate or t-butyl hydroperoxide for free-radical emulsion polymerization • Formaldehyde-free — reaction by-products are only salts and carbon dioxide • Reduces residual monomer and suppresses oxidation; prevents film yellowing and improves emulsion whiteness • Appearance: White granules • Active Content: ≥99% • Application: Post-treatment of acrylic, VAE and styrene-butadiene (SBR) emulsions to eliminate residual monomer; low-temperature redox initiation of free-radical polymerization • Recommended dosage: 0.03–0.3%; use temperature 70–75°C • Prepare fresh as a 3–5% aqueous solution and add continuously in batches • Packaging: 25KG cardboard drum or carton
